Applications:

The panel is a range of folding wall systems that incorporates two panels (each up to 900mm wide) that are hinged together to give a flush appearance when closed.

Folding walls are quick to operate and are available in a range of acoustic ratings from 30db-49db. Sound attenuation is achieved by modern manufacturing methods and the unique panel construction that consists of an aluminum frame, particle board cladding and multiple acoustic infills.

Operation:

When moving a wall panel, there is a 20-25 mm gap between the top of the panel and the underside of the head track and there is a similar gap between the bottom of the panel and the floor.

Once a panel is positioned, acoustic integrity is maintained along the top and bottom of the panel by extending pressure seals. The pressure seals are extended and retracted by a single 180° turn of a movable operating handle.

Final closure of the wall is achwared by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. This action simultaneously extends the top and bottom seals.

Finishes:

The bottom panel is MDF or plywood, which is unfinished face.

You can do decoration on site, such as wallpaper, paint, etc.

We can provide the product with finished face, such as malamine, faux wood, woven fabric and leather.

Choose from our stylish fabric or leather covers and have the option to have a soft/hard surface.

We can also provide glass partition for glass clip or aluminum frame panel.

A: It is not difficult to install our active partitions. Our active partition is a hanging rail type moving wall that does not require any ground track. Therefore the hanging rail structure will be very important. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.

A: Yes, and the sample is free, you just pay the express delivery fee is ok.

A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.

A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier.
