4.It doesn’t need track on the floor, we only hang the track on the ceilings and it can be at the same plane with the ceiling decoration. It won’t affect the whole decoration style;
5.Around the board ,there is sound insulation rubber, it can help to insulate the sound entering;
6.The operation ways is much easier, it’s better than the old ways which was use spring before;

However, changes require demolition and disposal of product at a landfill. Carpeted areas need replacing and completely new products are being ordered.
4.Easier in Construction
In Movable Walls there is the need of only one trade for the install. This results in better project management. On the contrary, to install we follow several trades - steel stud, drywall install, taping and muddling, painting, trims – baseboard, door frame and door install.

Accessories details:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
